Regional Business Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Manager to join our team at Halcyon Knights. As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for selling our leading HealthTech SaaS Practice Management Software into clinics across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and build relationships with clinic owners and managers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for our software solution.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base in Victoria.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our software solution and provide input on product development and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the software industry, preferably in the healthcare or medical technology sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare industry, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
