About the Role

CareSouth is seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Officer to join our People and Culture team on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will be attuned to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a professional, positive self-starter attitude.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position;
  • Sound knowledge of administrative systems and procedures, and a proficiency with office technology;
  • Highly developed written communication skills with the ability to maintain strong attention to detail and take pride in the quality of work produced;
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative, accurate and positive manner;
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy team environment;
  • Strong client focus and genuine desire to assist team members;
  • A proactive approach to resolving queries and problems;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion;
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to use data management software and generate reports;
  • Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Well-developed organisational skills, including the ability to calmly manage multiple tasks at once.
