Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized administrative assistant to join our remote work from home team at EA Solutions. This is a part-time position that requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet company contacts in a professional and welcoming manner.
* Attend Zoom meetings to take detailed minutes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and responsibility.
* Assist with specialized and sensitive reports, requiring strong analytical skills.

Requirements:

* Ability to operate standard office equipment, including personal computers, facsimile machines, copiers, and adding machines.
* Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and email.

Skills:

* Demonstrates commitment by maintaining a consistent and dependable work schedule.
* Prioritizes tasks to ensure deadlines are met, showcasing excellent time management skills.
* Reads and interprets documents, writes routine reports and correspondence, and communicates effectively with customers or employees.
* Anticipates needs, responds to situations responsibly, and identifies and defines problems while searching for solutions.

Compensation:
