About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fund Administrator to join our team at Iress. As a Fund Administrator, you will be responsible for processing incoming monies, allocating funds to member accounts, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily bank statements and allocate monies accurately and efficiently
  • Complete allocated tasks associated with change of member data accurately and efficiently
  • Set up new members or review API members and generate welcome letters
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to internal and external phone/email requests within agreed SLA
  • Allocate contributions to member accounts daily and process new member set up and new member letters
  • Process member updates and confirmation letters, and respond to internal and external phone/email requests within agreed SLA
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in an office environment
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
  • Customer service experience, particularly phone calls
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism
  • Multi-tasking ability and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach and initiative
