The Role
This is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract based at the GM3 office in Brisbane.
As the Team Administrator, you will provide administration support to the Chief People Officer and Chief Financial Officer, managing the Brisbane Head Office.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Calendar and inbox management
- Provide general administrative support, including reservations, purchasing, and reconciliation
- Oversee office maintenance, stationery, new starters, and security
- Create and manage purchase orders and maintain updated distribution lists
About You
- Prior experience in administration, as a personal/executive assistant, or similar role
- Communicate effectively across all levels and work collaboratively and autonomously
- Demonstrate initiative and proactivity
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in SAP (preferred not essential)
