The role of the data expansion sales professional is to identify and capitalize on growth prospects within existing customer relationships. This involves a deep understanding of customer needs, a keen sense of market trends, and the ability to articulate compelling value propositions that resonate with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze consumption metrics and prospect for new sales opportunities within assigned accounts/territory
- Meet and exceed expansion sales goals through strategic relationship-building and consultative selling
- Manage and track customer and transactional information in a Salesforce CRM system with high accuracy
- Provide regular and accurate reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system
What We're Looking For
- Expert-level experience in selling enterprise cloud solutions, particularly in the SaaS space
- Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, strategies, and business objectives
- Strong presentation, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills at all levels of customer engagement
- Knowledge of enterprise cloud platforms, SaaS, PaaS, and SaaS contracts
