About the Role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate internally to resolve service issues and improve customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand service offerings across business units.
  • Monitor account performance and manage forecasting through CRM tools.
  • Support the reduction of disputes, credit notes, and customer churn.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, client initiatives, and compliance updates.
  • Advocate for your customers internally and lead strategic solutioning efforts.
