Master Builders Insurance Brokers (MBIB) is a rapidly growing national insurance broker specialising in the building and construction industry. We are seeking an experienced and client focussed Assistant Account Executive to support our Victorian Corporate Broking and Business Development Teams while also continuing to developing their own insurance knowledge and skills.

**The role**:

- Reporting to the Corporate Team Leader, this role will assist the Victorian Corporate Broking and Business Development teams with:

- preparation of client renewals including proposals and presentations,
- preparation of new business tenders and presentations
- client and underwriter communication,
- administration and other corporate business,
- provide support to the wider Southern Region business as appropriate.

**About You**:

- Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Broker (exposure to construction and/or mid-market clients highly regarded but not essential),
- Completed or willing to obtain Tier 1 Broking certificate,
- Sound time management and organisational skills,
- High level computer skills,
- The ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships,
- Excellent written and oral communication skills,
- Know how to work hard and have fun while doing so
