About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Executive to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our e-commerce solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional and technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Analyze client performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with clients to prioritize work items and develop project backlogs.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in IT, digital, or e-commerce.
  • Certified SCRUM Master/ITIL.
  • Magento Certified Solutions Specialist (optional).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
