About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and innovative Customer Success Executive to join our fast-growing team at ACCS - ARES Customer Care Solutions GmbH. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring our venues achieve success with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Activation: Provide exceptional support to our customers, from initial onboarding to ongoing activation, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Retention and Expansion: Proactively manage customer renewals, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies.
  • Collecting Product Feedback and Driving Innovation: Gather valuable feedback from customers, champion their needs, and work closely with our product development teams to drive continuous innovation.
  • Ownership of Process Improvement: Lead the charge in streamlining and enhancing our onboarding and activation processes, aiming to create a touch-free experience.

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of assisting customers achieve success.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to build rapport with our venues.
  • Able to take calculated risks and adapt to changing circumstances.
