About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at ACCS - ARES Customer Care Solutions GmbH. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through our Signature Success Plan.
Key Responsibilities
• Align with and manage business and technical stakeholders to ensure customer goals are met and value is delivered through our Signature Success Plan.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive success.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide a unified customer experience and drive customer success metrics.
• Drive customer success score metrics and handle escalations and red accounts.
Requirements
• Proven experience in customer success, SaaS platform use, or project leadership, with a strong understanding of financial services industry expertise.
• Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and standard methodologies.
• Strong consultative skills, deep curiosity, and a proven track record of driving business value for customers as a trusted advisor.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
