Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Executive to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our e-commerce solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide functional and technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns.
- Analyze client performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with clients to prioritize work items and develop project backlogs.
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in IT, digital, or e-commerce.
- Certified SCRUM Master/ITIL.
- Magento Certified Solutions Specialist (optional).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
