About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Kaliba. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our Tier 3 customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through the implementation and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.
  • Proactively educate customers to maximize their value with our products, minimizing churn rates and driving long-term retention.
  • Conduct and organize Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with internal and customer stakeholders, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success within a SaaS vendor.
  • Strong personality to handle change management with customers adopting new solutions.
  • Previous experience with multiple accounts and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service with high Net Promoter Score (NPS) ratings.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
What We Offer
