About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at ACCS - ARES Customer Care Solutions GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align with and manage business and technical stakeholders to ensure customer goals are met and value is delivered through our enterprise solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers and their teams, leveraging industry knowledge to improve implementation health.
  • Partner across our organization to provide a unified customer experience, driving customer success and satisfaction.
  • Drive customer success score metrics and handle escalations and red accounts.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer success, SaaS platform use, or project leadership, technology consulting, and/or solutions architecture.
  • Knowledge of our enterprise solutions and platform features, capabilities, and standard methodologies.
  • Strong consultative skills, deep curiosity, and a proven track record of driving business value for customers.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • A good understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of one or more lines of business (LoBs).
