About the Role

The Sales Executive is a key member of our Commercial Management team, responsible for supporting the Head of Direct Sales in driving the sustainable growth of our Direct Business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the execution of commercial strategy, development, and day-to-day management of the Direct Business.
  • Developing and implementing new business offers and incentives.
  • Preparing and delivering high-quality presentations to stakeholders, including sales data, market insights, and customer feedback.
  • Forecasting sales performance and managing promotional planning cycles.
  • Providing financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Achieving excellence in work processes and outcomes, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with advanced communication skills, business acumen, and a keen attention to detail. You'll excel in time management, thrive under pressure, and demonstrate initiative and independence in achieving high personal and professional goals.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or customer-facing position.
  • Professional business correspondence experience.
  • Experience working with conflicting deadlines.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
