About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agronomist Sales Professional to join our Sales and Business Development team at C2 GPS- Southeast Texas. As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our revolutionary AI solutions across global markets, including crop insurance firms and producers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Development: Engage with potential clients in Canada, the USA, Australia, and beyond to showcase our transformative AI products and drive sales and market presence.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain trust as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, laying the foundation for enduring partnerships.
  • Business Growth: Collaborate closely with our founders and CEO to develop bespoke strategies that reinforce our position as a market frontrunner.
  • Market Research: Undertake thorough market research to pinpoint and pursue new business avenues, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives, driving revenue growth and market share.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in agricultural sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving growth.
  • Agronomy Expertise: At least 2 years of practical experience in agronomy, including crop inputs, yield estimation, crop protection, and advisory services.
  • Strategic Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to engage with C-level executives.
  • Motivated Achiever: A goal-driven and proactive mindset, with a willingness to innovate and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Adaptable Communicator: Skilled in articulating complex concepts persuasively, tailoring your approach to suit diverse audiences.
