We are seeking an experienced Senior Branch Manager to lead our Community Bank BDCU team in the Southern Highlands and Tablelands, NSW. As part of this role, you will be responsible for building and executing a strategic plan to drive business growth, manage branch costs and income, and establish effective sales operating rhythms.

The successful candidate will have proven banking and leadership experience, with a strong understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk frameworks. You will also possess excellent communication skills, relationship management abilities, and the capacity to develop, coach, and manage staff performance.

This is a full-time, permanent role located at Community Bank BDCU in the Southern Highlands and Tablelands, NSW. The ideal candidate will be living locally or willing to relocate, with access to regular transportation options.

About You

  • You have a proven track record in setting strategic business direction and delivering on growth plans.
  • You hold a residential delegated lending authority and can mentor the lending team.
  • You possess strong people leadership skills, with the ability to develop, coach, and manage staff performance.
  • You have excellent communication skills, relationship management abilities, and the capacity to deliver clear branch expectations.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including superannuation, paid leave, and professional development opportunities.
