Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Regional Banking Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role located at our Southern Highlands and Tablelands branch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple branches, delivering tailored financial solutions to customers, and growing our business in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth and improve operational efficiency across multiple branches
  • Manage and mentor a team of banking professionals to achieve set targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish effective sales operating rhythms and drive business performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and community leaders
  • Analyse financial reports to inform business decisions and drive profitability
Requirements
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the banking industry
  • Strong understanding of financial management, risk framework, and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Able to analyse complex data and make informed business decisions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities

Location

This role is based in the Southern Highlands and Tablelands region of New South Wales. You must be willing to travel regularly and work flexible hours as required.
