Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, a trusted retail bank with over 7,000 employees, seeks an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Team Manager - Partner Support. Reporting to the Senior Manager Parter Solutions, this individual will provide leadership and guidance to a team of Business Development Associates.

About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team in driving the growth of the distribution capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing effective leadership, coaching, and performance management to their team members to create a culture of operational excellence;
  • Building and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive high-quality outcomes;
  • Driving continuous improvement to uplift performance and support a strong risk and compliance environment.
Key Responsibilities

The Senior Team Manager - Partner Support will oversee the following key responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of Business Development Associates to achieve service level agreements and business objectives;
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement change initiatives;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction;
  • Maintaining knowledge of mortgage processes and policies, including RFSA/PFSB platforms.
