Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Community Bank BDCU in Goulburn. As a key member of our branch, you will play a vital role in driving growth and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Drive business growth through strategic development, customer acquisition, and quality referrals
  • Assess customer applications for loans and credit facilities, ensuring timely processing and delivery
  • Work collaboratively with the Branch Manager and team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Experience in consumer lending and assessing customer needs to tailor practical financial solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving strong sales results and growing customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, providing leadership and mentoring support as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
