People and Culture Strategic Partner

As a key member of The NRMA's dynamic People and Culture team, we are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the successful delivery of People initiatives. This hybrid opportunity will see you working between our Sydney Olympic Park and Sydney CBD offices, as well as from home.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to drive People and Culture initiatives and strategic objectives.
- Playing a key role in managing and delivering cyclical People activities.
- Utilising change management and project management skills to implement key projects.
- Gathering data and providing insights to stakeholders to identify trends and themes.
- Partnering with business stakeholders to identify and contribute to the development of People and Culture strategic initiatives.
