This senior leadership position will lead the People and Culture ('P&C') function and team, responsible for partnering with business leaders, developing and implementing P&C strategies that align with people, business, and commercial goals.
The role encompasses all aspects of P&C, including payroll, learning and development, organisational development, and Work Health and Safety. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing stakeholder relationships at a Senior Leadership Level
- Developing and executing P&C strategies
- Leading a team of P&C professionals, including payroll specialists
- Managing goal setting and performance review processes
- Compensation and remuneration planning, including benchmarking
- Managing workplace relations (ER and IR) matters
- Approving payroll runs
- Implementing organisational changes, such as org charts and restructuring
- Engagement and feedback surveys
- Managing workers' compensation and Return to Work processes
- Responsible for WHS matters
- Reporting and analysis
- Serving as an escalation point for HR and workplace-related advice and matters
- Partnering with leadership for guidance, coaching, and support on people matters
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 5 years of senior HR/P&C experience
- Experience in similar organisations and industries, such as agency, marketing, media, communications, public relations
