As a Human Resources Business Partner in this permanent full-time role, you will be part of a hybrid opportunity working between Sydney Olympic Park, Sydney CBD, and from home. Reporting directly to the General Manager of People and Culture – SIXT Australia, your key responsibility will be to support the SIXT business in executing successful People and Culture initiatives and strategic objectives.

Your duties will encompass collaborating with various teams to facilitate tactical execution of business goals. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting the delivery of people initiatives while working closely with key stakeholders.
  • Playing a pivotal role in managing and delivering cyclical People activities.
  • Utilizing change management and project management skills to successfully implement key projects.
  • Gathering data and providing insights to stakeholders, identifying trends and themes to support People initiatives and measure their success.
  • Collaborating with Senior leadership to identify and design optimal business structures, capabilities, and ways of working.
  • Developing appropriate action initiatives with the support of others.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to actively identify and contribute to the development of P&C strategic initiatives to solve people problems and improve the overall employee experience.
  • Under the leadership of the General Manager of People and Culture – SIXT Australia, collaborating with key business stakeholders to interpret business needs and people initiatives.
  • Leading Cultural Transformation initiatives – Developing and implementing strategic programs to foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative workplace culture.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
