**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administration Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will report to the HSE Coordinator and provide administrative support to our operations teams, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including registers and databases.
  • Document Control: Assist with the management and distribution of documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support to HSEQ Site Team: Provide administrative assistance to the site team, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Subcontractor Onboarding: Review and maintain subcontractor project onboarding, including personnel, P&E, and HSE documents.
  • Communication: Liaise with subcontractors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and archive documents, including reports and other administrative materials.
  • Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports, as required.
  • General Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, as assigned.

**Requirements**

  • Clear and engaging communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written skills and a confident user of MS Office Suite.
  • Driven commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Proof of right to work in Australia.
