Colliers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administration Coordinator to join our team in Newcastle.

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your background in property, strong administration, and organization skills in an autonomous role.

The successful candidate will provide daily administrative support to a team of agents and assist with the coordination of department sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Production, proofing, and formatting of property reports, submissions, and other client documentation.
  • Creating innovative and impactful content in submissions and internal communications.
  • Preparation of marketing collateral and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Assisting with administration duties, including lease and sale administration, financial management procedures, phone support, and preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating database systems and research spreadsheets.

The ideal candidate will have recent administration experience, ideally within the Property Industry, and strong MS Office skills with experience in PDF editing.

They will also possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, and self-motivation.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have the ability to provide innovative solutions when required and possess exceptional spelling and grammar skills with a high level of attention to detail.
