About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced administrator to support the General Manager and the broader communications team in a dynamic infrastructure project. This role will involve managing documentation, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. Additionally, you will assist with community engagement efforts and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and the communications team
  • Manage documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
  • Maintain records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets

Requirements:

  • Strong administration skills, including intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Suite Package
  • Experience with diary management and executive / personal assistance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Public Sector experience desirable
