Office Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This role will provide support to our team members and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Coordinate with the administration team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Assist with reception duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Manage internal mail and maintain a well-organized office environment
- Procure and maintain office supplies, including kitchen and catering essentials
- Complete daily administrative tasks, including copying, scanning, and filing documents
- Support the Marketing team with event planning and coordination
Requirements:
- General knowledge of office administrative procedures and best practices
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with staff and stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
