Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills to gain experience in the Real Estate industry. As a Receptionist & Database Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in managing and extracting data from our CRM database.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet clients in a professional manner
  • Manage email and correspondence, ensuring timely responses
  • Handle telephone calls and client enquiries with a high level of professionalism
  • Maintain databases and records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Perform data entry and data management tasks with attention to detail
  • Ensure the office is presented in an exceptional manner, reflecting the company's image
  • Support the sales and management teams in various administrative tasks
  • Coordinate and assist with functions as required

Requirements

  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and participate in team efforts
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills to interpret data
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, with a high level of enthusiasm and initiative
  • Previous real estate admin/reception experience is preferred but not essential
