About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support the General Manager and the broader communications team in a dynamic infrastructure project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and the communications team
  • Manage documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including travel arrangements and logistics
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Assist with community engagement efforts, including outreach and communication with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong administration skills, including intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Suite Package
  • Experience with diary management and executive/personal assistance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Public Sector experience desirable
