Front of House Coordinator

At PkF Australia, we are seeking a skilled Front of House Coordinator to join our team in Newcastle.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate office services to support seamless daily operations
- Manage incoming calls and greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution
- Lead maintenance coordination to ensure our office environment is well-maintained and operational
- Lead communications on staff channels to keep the team informed and engaged
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks
- Coordinate staff benefit programs
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills to engage professionally with clients, visitors, and the team
- Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve day-to-day challenges
- Initiative to take ownership of tasks and improve office processes
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to step into more complex responsibilities when needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Role details:
- Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am to 5pm
- This role is office-based to support the hands-on nature of the responsibilities
