At PkF Australia, we are seeking a skilled Front of House Coordinator to join our team in Newcastle.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate office services to support seamless daily operations
  • Manage incoming calls and greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution
  • Lead maintenance coordination to ensure our office environment is well-maintained and operational
  • Lead communications on staff channels to keep the team informed and engaged
  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks
  • Coordinate staff benefit programs

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills to engage professionally with clients, visitors, and the team
  • Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve day-to-day challenges
  • Initiative to take ownership of tasks and improve office processes
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to step into more complex responsibilities when needed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Role details:

  • Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am to 5pm
  • This role is office-based to support the hands-on nature of the responsibilities
