This is a permanent full-time opportunity that will provide general administrative, data, and reporting support across a broad range of duties.

This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Commercial team, including data entry and sales reporting, inventory management, and coordinating travel and meetings. The successful applicant will also be responsible for ensuring filing and office housekeeping is kept up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial team, including data entry and sales reporting.
  • Assist with inventory management, resolving issues and reporting.
  • Coordinate travel and meetings for managers and the general team.
  • Ensure filing and office housekeeping is kept up to date.

About the Person:

To be successful in this role, the successful applicant will have the following characteristics:

  • Be able to follow safety, quality, and general company policies and procedures.
  • Prior experience in an office administration/support role.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially within Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Have a positive attitude with a strong work ethic and be able to show initiative.
  • Be a self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to work in a team or unsupervised.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with computer literacy.
  • Excellent organizational, time management skills with ability to prioritize.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new systems quickly.
