About the Role

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support for agreed projects, contracts, and transactions to our distribution customers in the Irrigation & Rural market segments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end day-to-day orders and projects with selected customers across the East Coast of Australia.
  • Managing key customers, including quotes, phone/email queries, orders, and relationships against a set range of KPIs.
  • Providing a great customer experience by maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to agreed KPIs around project timelines, pricing, order management, and delivery.
  • Supporting the Sales team to successfully execute key account plans for agreed customers.
  • Embedding a safety-first culture through visible and effective leadership and workforce engagement, achieving the best possible standards of workplace safety.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, project administration, or pricing would be advantageous.
  • Current or previous experience working for a distributor or supplier to the Plumbing, Hardware, Civil, or Irrigation market segments.
  • A resilient and positive personality, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex orders.
