We are currently seeking a BDR Manager to join our team, with the main responsibility being to successfully lead a team of SDRs/BRDs across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

You will develop and train the same teams, while also taking on the operational and administrative tasks associated - all the while ensuring the teams’ ultimate performance and success.

You will be a source of knowledge and best practice amongst the SDRs/BDRs, and help to train, onboard, and mentor new SDRs/BDRs, with the help of the Sales Enablement team and VP of Business Development.

This is a **Brisbane-based** role. To be considered, you must be eligible to work legally in Australia on a full-time basis.

**What You Will Do**
- Train members of the SDR / BDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
- Ensure SDR / BDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s
- Work with the VP of Business Development to plan for hiring and onboarding new SDR / BDRs
- Work closely with the Demand Gen team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns
- Work closely with Sales and other members of the Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes and identify problems and proactively create comprehensive plans of action
- Work closely with Sales, VP of Business Development and the CRO to identify areas of improvement for the SDR / BDR Team
- Work in collaboration cross functionally with other departments like marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound and out interest into qualified pipeline
- Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly and quarterly attainment.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in success training and development of SDRs and BDRs
- High level of experience with outbound lead generation and managing an outbound lead generation team
- Ability to mentor and inspire team performance
- Ideally, experience in selling SaaS software
- An understanding, exposure and/or knowledge of the field services / trade environment would be an advantage
- Previous use of Salesforce would be ideal
- Experience working with business process software
- Strong conflict management and troubleshooting/problem-solving technique
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
