Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the success of a market leading digital partnership in the retail sector.

This role entails managing day-to-day workflow and performance, performance reviews, professional development and ongoing upskilling. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience/track record in media and or marketing roles managing and developing negotiation of partnership strategies built for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budget and grow and retain the partnership's revenue
  • Lead contractual negotiations and annual partnership strategy with senior client trading and client leads whilst collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Understand and develop execute long-term partnership strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience/track record in media and or marketing roles managing and developing negotiation of partnership strategies built for growth.
  • Excellent communication presentation skills with proven experience negotiating with ELT level c-suite stakeholders internally externally.
  • Proven track record experience within a sales and revenue driving role, managing large scale budgets and partnership revenue.
