Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our partnerships strategy, driving innovation and excellence in health and wellbeing services.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service access and enable consistent digital marketplace experiences.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and partners to achieve mutual success.
  • Drive innovation through identifying new opportunities and partnerships aligned with global health and wellbeing trends.
  • Pursue exceptional value and customer outcomes through commercial negotiations and contract management.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Supplier Engagement: Develop and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  2. Digital Marketplace: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent digital experience for customers across B2B and B2B2C channels.
  3. Commercial Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic sourcing, onboarding, and management of health and wellbeing service providers.
  4. Innovation: Identify and pursue new opportunities and partnerships aligned with global health and wellbeing trends.
  5. Customer Outcomes: Pursue exceptional value and customer outcomes through commercial negotiations and contract management.
About You
  • You possess significant expertise in supplier management, partnerships, and commercial growth, with a passion for delivering innovative health and wellbeing solutions.
  • Proven track record of building and managing supplier networks in health and/or digital sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to negotiate complex agreements and drive collaborative partnerships.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
