Job Title: Digital Partnership Executive

About This Role

This leadership position is responsible for developing and executing a digital partnership strategy with various stakeholders, driving revenue growth, and managing business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business plans to create incremental pipeline through partnership vehicles and identify opportunities with Iron Mountain and partners through account strategy and go-to-market activity.
  • Maintain exceptional client-partner relationships across various verticals, including financial services, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, and public sector, and with partners offering technologies like ECM, IDP, RPA, CRM, ERP, and HIMS.
  • Build and communicate Iron Mountain partnership benefits to key stakeholders, focusing on long-term value and sustainable success for both parties.
  • Direct lead generation activities, align with sales teams on go-to-market plays, and share best practices across regions.
  • Develop joint inside/field sales processes with Iron Mountain and partner sales teams and collaborate on joint sales calls.
  • Support sales campaigns, proposals, and closure with Iron Mountain and partner sales organizations.
  • Drive team mind share through regular communication and relationship cadence.
  • Enable sales teams on go-to-market plays by providing relevant knowledge on sales, presales, and technical aspects.
  • Provide forecasting and account opportunity visibility into Iron Mountain SFDC tracking pipeline action/priorities.
  • Work closely with product marketing, presales, and product management teams to develop structured marketing and enablement plans.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Requires 7+ years of technology sales experience, with a proven record of accomplishment in positioning SaaS and digital solutions across large, complex accounts.
  • Prior or current partner roles and experience are mandatory.
  • Exceptional sales success working directly with customer decision-makers and key stakeholders is required.
  • A strategic mindset and consultative approach to partnering with internal and external teams are essential.
  • Fluency and presentation skills in English are necessary, with other languages being a bonus.
