Strategic Partnerships Executive

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the success of a market leading digital partnership within the retail sector.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience in media or marketing roles managing, developing and negotiating growth-focused partnership strategies. They will also have excellent communication and presentation skills with experience negotiating with ELT level and C-suite stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day workflow management, performance reviews, professional development and ongoing upskilling
  • Leading contractual negotiations and annual partnership strategy with senior client trading and client leads
  • Understanding, developing and executing long-term partnership strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Identifying and proposing innovative brand, tech and category-based solutions to ensure relevance and growth
  • Collaborating with internal departments to broaden the partnership's scope and integrate with other client services to improve efficiency and connectivity

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years experience in media or marketing roles managing, developing and negotiating growth-focused partnership strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience negotiating with ELT level and C-suite stakeholders
  • Proven sales and revenue-driving track record, managing large budgets and partnership revenue
  • A history of delivering sales growth, budget tracking and overachieving revenue targets
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and measurement platforms
  • Experience establishing operational processes, systems and reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Experience with conflict management and resolution
