Exciting Opportunity for a Dynamic HR Professional

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Senior People Partner. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving a sustainable and high-performance culture across our organization.

About the Role

  • Deliver both operational and strategic HR advice and support across a range of areas, including workforce planning, performance management, issue resolution, HR programs, and policy.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to drive a culture of high performance and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement client-focused human resource strategies and manage HR projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Provide expert advice on human resources legislation, policies, and practices.

About You

  • High-level knowledge of human resources legislation, policies, and practices.
  • Proven experience in implementing client-focused human resource strategies and managing HR projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and build relationships with stakeholders in a proactive, positive, and constructive manner.
  • Solutions-focused and a strategic thinker, with the ability to influence change and deliver outcomes.
