Our company seeks an exceptional hospitality professional to join our team as a Hotel Operations Assistant.

We are looking for a charismatic and proactive individual who can deliver top-notch service to our guests across the Front Office and Food & Beverage operations.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer experience from check-in to check-out and beyond
  • Be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, setting the tone for their stay
  • Work flexible shifts in Food & Beverage and Front Desk environments
  • Take on a variety of tasks, ensuring every day is engaging and challenging
  • Offer passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
  • Assist guests with self-check-in kiosks and provide guidance on loyalty program features

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Opera
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think critically
  • Excellent communication skills and pride in personal presentation
  • Genuine customer focus and strong dedication to making guests smile
  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain one before starting
