Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Housekeeping Department as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Crown Towers Hotel in Perth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations, supervisory experience, and excellent leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the overall operation of the Housekeeping Department, planning, coordinating, and supervising staff and services to ensure hotel operations run efficiently and effectively.

This is a full-time position working 80 hours per fortnight. If you have extensive hotel operational experience, relevant management qualifications, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.


About This Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the overall operation of the Housekeeping Department
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise staff and services
  • Ensure hotel operations run efficiently and effectively
  • Support the direction and coordination of all activities of the Housekeeping Department

Requirements:

  • Extensive hotel operational experience
  • Relevant management qualifications (Tertiary Qualifications in Hospitality or business-related qualification preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
