Hotel Operations Manager Job Description

Crown Towers Perth is a luxury hotel that sets a new benchmark for service standards in Australia. As a Duty Manager, you will oversee the entire Hotel Rooms Division operation during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and assist in the running of the Hotel Rooms Division operation
  • Allocate resources across the operation
  • Ensure adherence to Crown's policies, procedures, and brand standards

Requirements:

  • Hotel management experience at a departmental level within a superior hotel
  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hospitality or business-related qualification
  • Knowledge of the Opera Property Management System

  • Perth
