Job Title

Hotel Operations Coordinator

As a valuable member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Front Office Manager in overseeing the entire Front Office operation, assessing levels of guest satisfaction, and promoting the hotel brand's loyalty programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Front Office Manager to maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency by effectively managing day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate levels of guest satisfaction, identifying trends for continuous improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Recognise regular and VIP guests, promote the hotel brand's loyalty scheme, and provide a warm welcome to all guests.
  • Maximise room occupancy at best rates and utilise up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to set departmental objectives, work schedules, policies, and procedures, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with hotel goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality environment is essential.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are required to effectively manage and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Confident, accountable, and resilient individuals with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a cohesive team is necessary to achieve outstanding results.
