Panache Hotel Group (PHG) is a dynamic and rapidly expanding hotel management company specialising in short-term accommodations, hotels, and independent serviced apartments. With headquarters in Western Australia, PHG currently operates five distinguished hotels in Perth and Melbourne.

We are currently seeking an experienced and service-driven full-time Duty Manager to join our team at Mantra on Hay in Western Australia. This full-time position is ideal for someone with a hands-on approach, strong leadership qualities, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily hotel operations across departments including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage
  • Manage guest relations, respond to complaints or requests, and ensure a seamless and exceptional stay experience
  • Supervise and support team members across shifts, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to service standards
  • Monitor financial transactions, end-of-day reports, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
  • Coordinate with maintenance and security to ensure guest safety and facility standards are maintained
  • Maintain effective shift handovers and clear communication across operational teams
  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures, ensuring a professional and compliant work environment
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a hotel supervisory or Duty Manager role
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Strong knowledge of hotel systems and operations (Opera Cloud or Newbook PMS experience preferred)
