Executive Housekeeping Assistant Role

This is a full-time position at Crown Towers Perth. The Executive Housekeeping Assistant role supports the overall operation of the Housekeeping Department by planning coordinating and supervising staff and services to ensure hotel operations run efficiently and meet high service standards.

The Assistant will assist in directing and coordinating all activities of the Housekeeping Department to achieve maximum efficiency and ensure guest comfort and needs are met with high-quality service delivery.

This is a full-time position working 80 hours per fortnight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning coordinating and supervising Housekeeping staff and services to ensure hotel operations run smoothly and meet high service standards.
  • Support the direction and coordination of all activities of the Housekeeping Department to achieve maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Take on responsibilities of the Executive Housekeeper in their absence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive hotel operational experience preferably with supervisory or management experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in managing teams to meet key performance objectives introducing and implementing procedures.
  • Strong organisational time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Understanding of health and safety requirements to provide a safe work environment with a focus on compliance and best practice.
  • Knowledge of Property Management Systems would be advantageous.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality or business-related field preferred.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment would be beneficial.
