Planning Specialist

Mammoet is seeking a proactive and analytical professional to join our Australian team. As a key member, you will bridge the gap between site superintendents and head office teams to plan and schedule cranes and personnel movements around various operations in the Pilbara region.
Responsibilities:- Plan crane and personnel movements to ensure efficient site operations.
- Develop accurate equipment registers.
- Liaise with site Superintendents and Logistics departments to optimize resource allocation.
- Foster strong working relationships with crews and support them during occasional site visits.
- General knowledge or experience in planning or scheduling.
- SAP experience is highly preferred, or similar systems such as Pronto.
- Assignar experience is highly regarded, or similar systems like INX or Rapidcrews.
- Knowledge of Cranes and/or transportation within the Pilbara region and/or mining sector is beneficial.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- A willingness to learn, take ownership, and adapt to new situations.
