Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients and help them achieve their financial goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality intra-fund and retirement advice via phone, building strong relationships with members and referral sources, and collaborating with a supportive team of professionals.

  • Delivering simple, high-quality intra-fund and retirement advice via phone
  • Building strong relationships with members and referral sources
  • Breaking down complex financial concepts into clear, actionable guidance
  • Collaborating with a supportive team including paraplanners, technical officers, and compliance experts
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–3 years' experience in a financial advice role
  • Passion for helping people and delivering member-centric advice
  • Strong technical knowledge across financial planning disciplines
  • Near completion or enrolled in FASEA-compliant qualifications
  • Registered on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register and RG146 compliant
