Job Title: Financial Planning Specialist

As a Financial Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, analysing and interpreting financial reports to support informed decision-making processes. You will work closely with various departments to gather and consolidate financial data, identify financial risks and propose actionable solutions.

About the Role:
  • Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to assist in strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies by maintaining accurate records and implementing effective controls.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for improvement through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate complex financial information and drive business outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
About You:
  • Candidates should possess a strong analytical skillset, with experience in accounting and reporting.
  • Commercial experience in a Management Accounting or Financial Analysis position is essential.
  • A Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is desirable, or working towards.
