Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) specialist to join our Finance team in Perth.

As a FP&A specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Group Management Accountant with the consolidation of monthly group accounts and accounting activities of the HQ cost centre.

  • Perform consolidation processes in NetSuite, providing support to the finance team globally
  • Assist with consolidated monthly and year-end reporting packs and commentary
  • Support the preparation of group reporting submissions to overseas parents
  • Process intercompany recharge invoices and manage transfer pricing
  • Review regional balance sheet reconciliations

About You

You will have a proven background in financial planning and analysis, with strong attention to detail and eagerness to develop expertise within a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of IFRS and AASB standards
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP
  • Advanced Excel skills and solid technical accounting capability
