Job Title: Workforce Planning Specialist
Role Overview: As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our workforce to meet customer demand and service obligations. You will work closely with operational teams to determine resourcing needs, short-term planning, and productivity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage workforce planning tools and contact centre technologies to continuously monitor call and message queues in real-time.
  • Provide actionable insights and impact assessments to support workforce optimization.
  • Schedule resources aligned with business KPIs, service levels, and training objectives.
  • Offer expert advice to stakeholders on scheduling matters and develop comprehensive performance planning materials.
  • Develop and maintain accurate employee records utilizing specialized workforce planning tools.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the line of business you support.

Requirements: We are looking for an individual with experience in a busy Contact Centre environment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and well-developed planning and organizational skills.
