We are seeking a passionate and experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team in Geelong. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing quality services and safeguards to our participants, enabling them to reach their goals and live independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality care services to participants, including domestic and personal care, community access, and transport.
- Implement behavioral strategy supports and build rapport with participants.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for participants.
Requirements
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent OR minimum 12 months experience.
- Valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (desirable).
